Family Fun

Summer is just around the corner, the kids will be out of school and maybe it is time for vacation.  Do you have a hard time coming up with ideas for family vacations, something that will excite the kids, fit with the budget and is hassle free?

Have you ever thought about a guided vacation?  Or do those words, “guided vacation” make you cringe?  You picture a bus jammed full of people, rushing from one destination to another as the scenery flies by the window.  Those days are gone and guided vacations have evolved.  They may not be your thing, but stick with me for just a bit, you may change your mind, or at least I hope to give you something to think about.

Would you love to leave the driving to someone else, have an expert guide do all of the navigating and scheduling of activities? Have someone else handle all of the luggage and plan most of the meals?  Leaving you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy time with your family?  This could be the answer…

Guided vacation companies have evolved and reinvented the family vacation offering some exciting and fun itineraries that will leave you with such great memories.  The activities are planned to fit with the entire family.  Whitewater rafting in a National Park, gold panning, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, covered wagon adventures and stays on a working dude ranch.  If the great outdoors aren’t your style and the kids aren’t excited about it, maybe you would prefer a vacation following the Trails of Liberty with visits to civil war battlegrounds, exploring Washington D.C, making your own chocolate bar at a famous chocolate factory?  These experiences also extend to international destinations with activities planned to entertain the kids, allowing them to travel with other kids making friends and memories to last a lifetime.

Not all of your time is spent in planned activities.  You will have plenty of free time to explore on your own.  It truly is a hassle free vacation.  I encourage you to think about it.  No more kids fighting in the back seat as you struggle to navigate and come up with things to do.
