I just read an article that I want to share with you. Viking River Cruises has announced that they will be building several new ships in the United States. These river boats will start cruising the Mississippi River in 2017.
The American Steamboat Co. is currently the only company with boats on the Mississippi River.
I am excited that Viking will be adding boats and new itineraries. For those of you that don’t want to travel abroad or can’t, this will be a new option for you to cruise in the United States.
